With Jack, I started to see results very quickly.

I trained with Jack for around 6 months in 2018. I've always been into my fitness, and before Jack, I had some previous experiences with Personal Training, but I never saw the results that I hoped for and in turn gave up. With Jack, I started to see results very quickly as he ensured I had a full understanding of all of the exercises and techniques that we were doing in our sessions, and in turn it meant that I could go away and practice the same exercises in my own time which is so important. I now feel extremely confident in the gym and I am happy to do exercises on my own that I never would have done prior to my training with him, such as deadlifts and weighted squats. I believe that a good personal trainer can develop and strengthen someone in a variety of ways, so that they don't actually need to keep seeing a personal trainer; they feel confident enough to do it alone, and that's exactly what happened with me.
