"I can honestly say that choosing to train with Jack has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I have struggled with my weight, body image, and self-confidence since I was a child, but had never been able to get on top of it, despite being active & considering myself 'healthy'. From day 1 Jack's professionalism and knowledge were unbelievable, and he invested time and great care to ensure that every aspect of the training and nutrition was the best it could be. I'd previously had little experience in a gym, but Jack showed patience and craft in teaching & developing new skills as the weeks went on.
