I really could not recommend him enough.

I've been training with Jack on and off over the last 18 months with the goal of losing weight. Not only have I achieved this with Jack but I have gained so much more from my sessions with him - increased strength/muscle tone, a better approach to nutrition and much more confidence to try new things in the gym. Being hypermobile/double jointed and prone to injury, Jack has been great in thinking on his feet and adapting exercises to suit me while making sure I'm still getting a workout and working towards my goals. Jack is full of energy, makes training fun and is dedicated to getting the best out of you - I really could not recommend him enough.
